- What kind of people do you find attractive? Many people say no to funny and sympathetic people just because of "wrong" looks, job or social background or age.Do we get a partner then? Why are appearances so important? Is it because we're afraid what others might say or think? Is it because we think we're perfect? Or is it that we demand to get a partner that can raise our economy and status? If we expect to meet the perfect partner, it's interesting to ask one self: Am I so damn perfect? Am I the real prince/princess? Answer: NO! First of all we're people.We've got aged skin, childhood traumas, and probably total ignorant when we don't get it our way. So why can't our dream boy/girl friend also be normal? If we see ourselves more realistic, we would most certainly "see" more people.We just don't see them when they do not fit our "picture". To high expectations lowers the result.I think that many people are afraid of anyone getting too close. Because if we finally fall in love, we have to worry about the real life. Just a thought
